When you place an order on our website, you authorize Waves.STUDIO to process the payment. We accept payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. For special requests, you can contact us for further information at hello@wavesstudio.dk.

Waves.STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address, email, phone numbers, or other personal information related to shipping.

Disclaimer:  We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in prices or stock availability. While we strive to provide accurate information, we ask for your understanding in case of inaccuracies. If necessary, orders affected by such errors will be canceled. TREATMENT OF THE ARTWORKS

The material cannot withstand liquids above 50 degrees and chemical liquids. Therefore, you should clean the works of art with lukewarm water and soap. Therefore, the works of art cannot be placed in the dishwasher.

The material also cannot withstand candles and other types of hot objects above 40 degrees.

 

CONSUMER PROTECTION LEGISLATION

For consumers within EU, Waves.STUDIO provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the EU Sale of Goods Act. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by improper handling, or lack of maintenance.
