The collaboration with Alchemist began as a curiosity, a shared desire to explore what happens when art and gastronomy meet. From the initial ideas to the finished works, the project developed as an experiment in form, material, and senses.

The design took shape in close collaboration, where all parties contributed with their expertise. Each prototype opened up new thoughts on what the bio-based material can do and how it can support an experience that extends beyond the plate. This has made me more aware of how others perceive my art.

The result was a hand-cast plate, hand-polished and finally lacquered without the use of energy in the creation phase. Each with its own expression, inspired by the forest's nuances and organic rhythms. No two are alike, and precisely for that reason, they mirror the unique dining experience at Alchemist.

I am proud to have left my mark on a restaurant that dares to challenge and create innovative dining experiences, in a sustainable way that is remembered long after.
