Shipping policy
DELIVERY AND RETURNING
If the artwork you wish to purchase is in stock, it will be ready for shipment within 2-4 business days. Pre-orders and selected artworks may take longer, as they need to be handcrafted from scratch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your package. During busy periods, longer delivery times may occur. This will always be explicitly stated on the artwork's page.
Normally, Waves.STUDIO uses GLS, PostNord or DHL parcel shop delivery as the preferred shipping method. Waves.STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. In the case of significantly delayed or missing orders, please send an email to hello@wavesstudio.dk.

RETURNING
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Used goods, broken packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products showing signs of wear and use are not accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
To return an item, please contact us at hello@wavesstudio.dk before returning. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your purchase, we offer to send a return label via email.
For the cost of the return label, we deduct the shipping cost from the amount refunded to your account, which corresponds to the standard shipping for a 1-5 kg package.
