Shipping policy
DELIVERY AND RETURNING
If the artwork you wish to purchase is in stock, it will be ready for shipment within 2-4 business days. Pre-orders and selected artworks may take longer, as they need to be handcrafted from scratch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number, allowing you to follow your package. During busy periods, longer delivery times may occur. This will always be explicitly stated on the artwork's page.
Normally, Waves.STUDIO uses GLS, PostNord or DHL parcel shop delivery as the preferred shipping method. Waves.STUDIO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. In the case of significantly delayed or missing orders, please send an email to hello@wavesstudio.dk.
